Step 1
Sign up for an Amazon affiliate account, Flipkart affiliate account, or any other e-commerce site affiliate account and fill in all the required details.
Step 2
Now search both sites for any deals that you think are loot deals or steal deals. For example-
If you don't find any such deals on your own then you can visit any deal site like FreeKaMaal, Grabon, MyDala, etc, and search for such deals.
Step-3
Now go to that deal page (product URL) and create your own affiliate link for that product. For Amazon, you can do as below

Step-4
Now you have your own affiliate link, now you need to find users who might be interested in these deals and would like to buy those products at such prices through the affiliate link you share.
Now the question is how to find these interested users?
Users are very important for any affiliate marketing business to be successful, but since you are targeting a very small amount of Rs.2000. So you don't need too many users. So all you need to do is share your affiliate links among your friends, family, what's app group, Facebook group, telegram group, hike group, the comment section of any famous Facebook post, Twitter, etc.
Once a user buys a product from your affiliate link you will be paid a commission on every product sold which will be paid by Amazon, Flipkart, etc. The commission rate will vary depending on the products (4% to 12%). You will receive your payment at the end of every month and it will be transferred to your account.
If you do it religiously, I am sure you can earn a very good amount of money through it.
