Step No1: 

On your desktop browser, go to the Facebook website (opens in a new tab) and find the video you want to download. For the purposes of this guide, we'll be using the most recent videos on the Author Personal official Profile page (which opens in a new tab).

Now Click on the video you are interested in. When the clip starts playing, click on the three dots button to the right of the video. Now from the drop-down menu that opens, click on "Copy Link". It is below the fourth item.

Step No3:

Paste this link into a new browser tab. It can be shortened to a "fb watch" link If so, press enter to expand it and you should be left with something that looks like the link in the screenshot below.

Step No4:

Now change the URL in the address bar so that "www" changes to "mbasic".

So, in the example above, https://www.facebook.com/100010630305154/videos/416112693962858 becomes https://mbasic.facebook.com/100010630305154/videos/416112693962858.

Press enter, and you'll be presented with an ugly mobile view, as shown below.

Right-click on the video and select “Open link in new tab. In the new tab, the Facebook video will be the only thing on display. Right-click it, and choose “Save video as” to download the video to your computer.
