[ Solved ] How to fix sign-in problem in alight motion

 For that what you have to do is 

Step No 1 

Open Setting App Now go to Apps then click on Manage Apps. 

 Step No2 

From here choose Alight Motion app and select Now click on Clear Data from below option and click on Clear App Data. 

 Step No 3 

Now open the app in this step and wait until the process is complete. 

 Step No 4 

In this step, click on the contract icon on the top right side from the home screen of Alight Motion App to sign in. 

 Step No 5 

Before proceeding to the next step, you must have mobile data or active WiFi connection. Because internet connection is required to sign in. Let's click Sign In e given below and sign in with your if password either way. Hope you were able to sign in.
